For your maximum comfort, the Superb Style comes with a combination of Alcantara® and leather/leatherette upholstery as standard. The power adjustable driver's seat with lumbar support and built-in memory function also comes standard, ensuring every journey is as comfortable as the last.

The dynamic design continues inside the Superb SportLine 4x4.

The interior offers the atmosphere of the sports cockpit as well as maximum comfort. The car features attractive décor and upholstery, Alcantara® covered ceiling in black, multifunctional sports steering wheel in perforated leather, Virtual Cockpit and LED ambient lighting running along the inside of the interior.

Sport Steering Wheel

The multifunctional sports steering wheel in black perforated leather with silver stitching allows you to control the radio, phone and alternatively DSG.

LED Ambient Lighting

You can choose your favourite colour, or complement each day with one of ten amazing colour options.

Style and Functionality

Sports comfort front seats with side bolsters and integrated headrests, upholstered in a combination of Black Alcantara® and leather/leatherette3 with contrast silver stitching, provide maximum comfort and support, even during a dynamic drive. The power adjustable driver's seat with lumbar support and built-in memory function come as standard. The Alcantara® upholstery is also incorporated in the door panel and for added effect; the roof lining and pillars are also in black.

Maximising space is nothing without maximising practicality. That's why we have Simply Clever solutions to keep your belongings safe. The Superb wagon offers a roomy 660 litres or 1,950 litres after folding down the rear seats, while the sedan offers 625/1,760 litres.

Jumbo Box

The spacious Jumbo box storage compartment is housed beneath the front centre armrest, providing plenty of room to store small belongings. The dual drinks holder with the integrated easy-open function is also conveniently located in the centre console.

Bottle Holder

You will find a 1.5-l bottle holder in a spacious compartment in the front doors and 0.5-l holder in the rear doors.

Pockets in the Backrest

Storage pockets on the insides of the front seat backrests can hold a mobile phone, for example, or other small items.

Net System

The set of nets increases the flexibility of the luggage space while tightly securing objects.

Adaptive Cruise Control

Using the radar device situated in the front grille, this enhanced cruise control system, which operates up to speeds of 210 km/h, regulates the vehicles set speed according to the vehicle ahead and maintains a safe gap based on the selected distance parameter.

Lane Assist with Adaptive Lane Guidance

Operating at speeds above 65 km/h, Lane Assist with Adaptive Lane Guidance can help to keep the SUPERB centred within the lane in which it is travelling.

Traffic Jam Assist

This function is designed to facilitate driving in traffic jams. By controlling the engine brakes, and steering, it makes the vehicle pull away, brake, and turn to copy the movement of the surrounding vehicles (at speeds of up to 60 km/h). If lanes are not detected at speeds of up to 30 km/h, or only one lane (line) is detected at speeds of up to 60 km/h, the Follow Drive system follows the trajectory of the vehicle in front of you until lane markings are available again.

Side Assist

Using radar sensors in the rear bumper, Side Assist monitors the area beside and behind your car to detect other vehicles and cyclists up to 70m away. Upon entry of the detection zone, the system provides a visual alert to warn the driver of a potentially hazardous situation.

Front Assist- Predicitive Pedestrian

The front assist system, using a radar device situated in the front grille, is designed to monitor the distance of the Superb to vehicles ahead. If the system detects sudden braking by the preceding vehicle it reacts, applying the emergency braking mechanism. The system, depending on travelling speed, can also detect pedestrians.

Rear Traffic Alert

Utilising the same rear bumper integrated sensors of the Side Assist system, the Rear Traffic Alert function helps you reverse safely from parking spaces with poor visibility by scanning for objects approaching the rear. Upon detection, an acoustic alert is issued, and if required to avoid collision, the brakes applied thanks to the Manoeuvre Braking Assist feature.

Park Assist

Minimise the hassle of parking in tight spots with Park Assist. This feature utilises the front and rear parking sensors to scan the desired parking space (parallel and perpendicular) before automatically parking the vehicle for you. Available in optional Premium Pack on Style, at extra cost. Standard on SportLine 4x4.

Matric Beam Function

The full LED Matrix headlights of SUPERB feature the matrix beam function, permitting continuous high beam use without dazzling other drivers. Utilising the windshield camera, the matrix beam function reacts to the environment, turning off light modules that affect the visibility of other drivers whilst leaving on modules that do not to provide maximum road visibility.

Crew Protect Assist

This assistance system provides increased protection for front-row passengers in critical situations that potentially result in a collision or rollover by automatically initiating the closure of the side windows to leave a 5cm gap, full closure of the panoramic glass sunroof (if equipped), and tightening of seatbelts.

Multi-Collision Brake

In the event of an accident, the Multi-Collision Brake, automatically applies braking to prevent further uncontrolled movement of the vehicle, thus reducing the likelihood of further collisions.

In extreme situations, where the driver cannot actively influence the outcome, the car’s passive elements take over – like airbags.

Front Drive and Passenger Airbag: While the driver airbag is enclosed in the steering wheel, the passenger airbag is located in the dashboard.

Side Curtain Airbags: Upon activation, side curtain airbags create a wall, which protects the front and rear occupants against head injury.

Front and Rear Side Airbags: These four airbags protect the pelvis and chest of the driver and other passengers in the event of a side collision.

Knee Airbag: The knee airbag, which protects the driver’s kneesand shins, is located under the steering wheel.
