Service manager was fabulous. Gave me an excellent rundown on things such as tyres for example. A shuttle was organised to drop me at work.

Overall level of service from all members of staff was exceptional. Very enjoyable experience.

Sam was amazing, his knowledge and very professional attitude were a credit to Jarvis.

The service experience was seamless, the team were professional and friendly. They walked through what they were going to do, talked through my concerns of the car and got me underway quickly with the loan car. The loan car was clean and well looked after. I was quite impressed with the video taken taking through what they did and especially when they showed me the front-end boots and why they were noisey. On my return they walked me through what had been done, talked in detail on how they fixed my concerns I had raised, and overall it was a very professional outfit from your dealership. So far one year in the whole team from sales through to service has been a great experience and Ill take this into account when Im looking at another car next year.

The staff were also courteous and helpful and all aspects of the experience were exellent once again. Great job Skoda West Terrace.

Jarvis is aware they have a good product. RK was knowledgeable, helpful and his measured, no pressure approach with humor was great.

As usual Calvin was of great assistance. His knowledge and honest answers to questions are always appreciated. He doesn't try to up sell or create unnecessary concern if something is found during a service that doesn't require immediate attention. It is always a pleasure to deal with an honest mechanic.
