Bought a Scala Launch Edition in August 2023 from a BMW dealer with 20k . Fantastic car , my wife’s daily driver. Not qualified to comment on sales department but have used the service department each time over 50 years for every brand I have bought. Jarvis Skoda is easily the best service department I have ever used. Have just had the Scala off the road for 3 days getting DSG clutches replaced under warranty , a new loan Kamiq was supplied at no charge, not even fuel. Staff very pleasant, punctual and very accommodating. Will definitely purchase another Skoda because they are great cars, excellent after sales service is the cream on top. Thanks guys, keep up the good work, see you next service.

We only gave three stars for service. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon. Spent 20 minutes walking around the showroom and didn’t see anybody at all and then when we left a gentleman said can I help you? And I said is there anybody here to help? The dealer said “did you not organise an appointment” so we left. That’s terrible that it’s even understaffed and when we walked in we did see that gentleman, but he didn’t even acknowledge our presence. We actually came because we wanted to buy a car today and because of that interaction which was very poor we didn’t. There’s another Skoda dealer we can go see.

Really great service. Every single person I dealt with was polite and helpful, and happy to explain my car to me like I'm five years old (honestly, that's about my level of understanding of it. I turn the key. It goes. I'd like that to keep happening). Worth driving the extra few kilometres to get my Skoda serviced here, definitely.
