Extremely happy with the service I received from Jarvis Angaston - Randy and Anthony were professional, friendly, non-pushy and a pleasure to deal with, making the selection and the purchase of my new Skoda an experience of effortless ease.
I have highly recommended Jarvis Angaston to a family member who, coincidently, is looking at Skoda as a possible new car - I said she would be well looked after and the drive to the Barossa would be worth her while (she's a wine maker in McLaren Vale!). Very pleasant experience, car was ready when I needed it and it was clean and the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The customer service that I have received from all the staff members that I have dealt with while purchasing my x-trail to speaking to any staff on the phone to now having had the car serviced, has been exceptional.

Jodi was fantastic. I always got my car serviced elsewhere in the past but I will always bring it to Jarvis Barossa in the future. Jodi was a pleasure to deal with and all her staff were fantastic. A score of 10 seems a bit over the top, and I feel almost embarrassed to give it. It may sound false, but it is true. I have purchased a good number of cars in my lifetime and have to say that I am happiest with this recent sale. I got a car with which I am happy - and  I got it with no dramas or troubles. Karina Rosenzweig gave the friendliest, most helpful service and advice we have ever received from an automobile dealer... we have even named the car "Karina".
What else can I say?

Fab was great and the sales experience was good. Informative, not pushy and not patronizing. I felt that he listened to me and understood what I wanted from the deal. I was able to test drive the vehicle in a way which addressed my handling and power concerns... the Yeti has surprising get up and go! No prevarication which is refreshing and positive. Handover was good, detailed and unhurried. I felt that all aspects of  the vehicle and Jarvis add-ons were adequately explained.
Insurance offer from the lovely Rachael was very competitive and Richard the manager was also good. All in all a stress free experience and one happy Skoda driver!

The sales team were not pushy and were happy to show and give me information on the vehicle I was enquiring about. The day we picked the car up Karina was very professional and pleasant when showing me how to operate the car. From go to woe the service was fantastic and nothing was of any inconvenience. I have already been recommneding.
